Purpose<\/h3>\t\t\t

Phi:male is the committee for equal opportunities at VMP<\/a>, the association of students in Mathematics, Computational Science, and Physics. Our main goal is to raise awareness of issues related to diversity and gender equality. We aim to connect all students from D-PHYS and D-MATH who support diversity and inclusion, fostering open discussions and creating a safe, welcoming space for everyone.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, we organize events such as Coffee Lectures, where professors and experts share insights on gender equality and representation in academia. Additionally, Phi:male acts as a bridge between students and the department, advocating for gender-related issues. We also collaborate with other associations at ETH to broaden our reach and impact.<\/p>\n

We are always looking for new ideas and members\u2014if you want to contribute, make a difference, or simply stay informed, feel free to reach out. Everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>
