On the 15th November, particle physics researcher Dr. Thea Aarrestad gave a talk on AI in particle physics and how to shine in male dominated fields. Her coffee lecture was extremely encouraging and inspiring to any student planning to become a researcher, as she gave a lot of advice on what it takes and told personal stories on her career trajectory.
