The coffee lecture of Prof. Mikaela Iacobelli was held on the 18th of December, 2023, on counting on change: transforming perspectives in math academia. She talked about her journey as a female mathematician, discussed fitting in in the male dominated field of mathematics and presented the work she is doing as a member of the Standing Committee of European Women of Mathematics. It was the most visited coffee lecture in phi:male history!
